We are India's first modern, age-friendly brand for daily pains and fatigues. We make products for your daily aches that don't smell, burn, or make you feel ancient. We believe that wellness needs to be a daily priority and we try to get you a step closer to your healthiest self!

What makes your products different from those already available on the market?

It's simple. We have formulations that are expertly crafted to reduce pain and encourage wellbeing. We use leading naturally proven therapies like cryotherapy, aromatherapy, transdermal magnesium therapy to help relieve pain and fatigue. Our products feel and smell as great as they work. There is no compromise on your experience! We are safe for daily use and dermatologically tested skin friendly, which promises you no irritation.

What is the shelf life for your products?

Most of our products have a 24 month shelf life. You can see exact details on our product pages.

Are your products vegan?

Yes, all our products are vegan friendly. We do not used ingredients derived from animals.

Are you cruelty free?

We are cruelty free! Our products carry no animal-based ingredients and we do not animal test. We are also vegan friendly.

Are your products natural?

We have prioritised keeping our products natural and in most case we our 90%+ natural. Wherever necessary, we have added extra goodness that will help boost the quality of our products and their effectiveness. All our ingredients are of top quality and high standards

Do I need a prescription to use your products?

No, you do not need a prescription for our products as they are daily consumer products. Children should only use our products under parental supervision or post consulting a pediatrician. For pregnant and breastfeeding mothers, please consult a physician.

Can I use your products if I'm pregnant?

While our products are natural and safe to use, if pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult your physician before using our products.

What are you doing to help the environment?

What all payment options do you have?

You can choose to pay by any of the following options: UPI, Wallets, Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Cash on Delivery

I tried to make a payment, but it failed. How do I proceed?

Please retry payment with a different mode of payment or allow some time to make the payment again. We also offer cash on delivery.

Shipping & delivery

When can I expect the delivery of my product?

It typically takes about 2-5 business days after order confirmation to reach your doorstep. The delivery time will vary depending on where you stay and speed of our delivery partners.

How do I track my order details?

You can visit the Track Order page from the navigation menu. We will also send you an email and whatsapp you the tracking details once the order is shipped.

Are there any shipping charges on my order?

We offer FREE Shipping on all serviceable pin codes above a minimum order amount, which is notified from time to time.

Do you ship outside India?

No, we currently do not ship outside India but would love to hear from you on care@hoophello.com

Returns

What is the return policy?

We accept return requests only under below conditions: a) Wrong product delivered, b) Expired product delivered, c) Damaged product delivered; and d) Incomplete order – missing products. We would need adequate proof/evidence of the above claims made. The same can only be done within 48 hours of receiving the product.

How can I place a return order request?

Refunds

When will I receive my refund?

In case of prepaid orders, money will be credited back to payment source within 7 business working days. For Cash on Delivery orders (customer returns only) we will issue a store credit for our website
