Shipping Policy

We partner with a trusted network of courier providers across India to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Our goal is to ensure a smooth transit from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking link via your registered mobile number or email address. You can also track your order anytime by clicking Track Order.

Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders above a minimum order value, which is displayed on our website and at checkout. The shipping charges (if any) applicable to your order will be clearly shown at the time of checkout and are final.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery as a payment option. A small cash handling fee applies to COD orders. The COD charges (if any) applicable to your order will be clearly shown at the time of checkout and are final.  If COD is unavailable for your location at checkout, you can still complete your purchase using our secure prepaid options (UPI, Cards, Netbanking). Alternatively, you may find our products available with COD options on major marketplaces.

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. You will receive individual tracking information for each shipment.

International Shipping

We currently ship only within India. If you'd like to see our products available in your country, write to us at care@hoophello.com.

Delivery Timelines

Orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days of order confirmation and delivered to your home within 5–10 business days thereafter, depending on your location and the courier partner serving your area.

We work with reliable high-speed logistics partners to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. However, delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by unforeseen circumstances and factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, operational disruptions, courier delays, unserviceable pin codes, coordination challenges, etc. In such cases, please refer to the Delayed Delivery Policy below.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If our delivery partner is unable to reach you or your provided address, they will contact you to reschedule delivery. After 2–3 unsuccessful attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, please refer to the Delayed Delivery Policy below.

Delayed Delivery Policy

  • If your order delivery has been delayed by more than 10 days beyond the estimated delivery date, please fill this Delayed Delivery Form .
  • Submitting the relevant form helps our team process your request faster. If this form is not accessible, please contact us at care@hoophello.com.
  • Our team will process the request and send a confirmation email typically within 2–3 working days.
  • For prepaid orders exceeding this delay, you may choose between a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
  • For COD orders delayed beyond 10 days, we will arrange a cancellation of the order at no charge. If you still wish to receive the product, please contact us at care@hoophello.com.

Refunds for Delayed Delivery

We will initiate a refund to your original source of payment as soon as your request has been confirmed. Refunds are typically reflected within 7–10 working days from the date of initiation, depending on your bank.

In rare cases, if your refund has been delayed beyond 14 days, please write to care@hoophello.com and we will address it urgently.
