Cancellation Policy
Changed your mind? It happens!
You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled because it enters the courier network and we are unable to cancel or pull the shipment back while it is in transit.
How to Cancel
- Check your order status via the tracking link sent to your mobile.
- If it hasn’t been dispatched yet, please fill out our Cancellation Form.
- Submitting the relevant form helps our team process your request faster. If you can’t access the form, please write to care@hoophello.com.
- Our team will process the request and send a confirmation email typically within 2–3 working days.
- If delivery is attempted despite your cancellation, you can simply refuse to accept the delivery.
Refunds
For prepaid orders, we will initiate a refund to your original source of payment as soon as your request has been confirmed. Refunds are typically reflected within 7–10 working days from the date of initiation, depending on your bank.
In rare cases, if your refund has been delayed beyond 14 days, please write to care@hoophello.com and we will address it urgently.
For COD orders, the cancellation will simply be closed with no payment due.
Return Policy
Unfortunately, we don’t accept return of products after purchase due to the hygienic nature of personal care products.
However, if something's not right, we're here to fix it. We will initiate replacements at no extra cost if you receive any of the following:
- Wrong product
- Expired product
- Damaged product
- Defective product
- Incomplete order (missing items)
We will not be able to initiate replacement if the product has already been opened, used, tampered with or altered.
How to Request Replacement
- Raise a query by filling out the Product Related Form.
- Submitting the relevant form helps our team process your request faster. If you can’t access the form, please write to care@hoophello.com.
- Please ensure you provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
- Please ensure the query is raised within 7 days of order being delivered.
- Our team will review the request and place a replacement order within 7 working days.
If the product is out of stock, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method, typically reflected within 7–10 working days.
You don't need to send the product back. If your request is approved, you're welcome to dispose of it. In rare cases, if your request has been delayed beyond 14 days, write to care@hoophello.com and we'll address it urgently.
Exchange Policy
Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of personal care products, we do not offer exchanges once a product has been purchased. Our commitment to safety ensures that every product you receive has never been handled by another customer.
If you have received a wrong, expired, damaged, or defective product, please refer to our Return Policy above.
Delayed Delivery Policy
We work with reliable high-speed logistics partners to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. However, delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by unforeseen circumstances and factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, operational disruptions, or courier delays.
What if my order is delayed?
- If your order delivery has been delayed by more than 10 days beyond the estimated delivery date, please fill this Delayed Delivery Form.
- Submitting the relevant form helps our team process your request faster. If this form is not accessible, please contact us at care@hoophello.com and our Customer Support team will assist you in resolving the issue.
- Our team will process the request and send a confirmation email typically within 2–3 working days.
- For prepaid orders exceeding this delay, you may choose between a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
- For COD orders delayed beyond 10 days, we will arrange a cancellation of the order at no charge. If you still wish to receive the product, please contact us at care@hoophello.com and we will do our best to arrange delivery or a fresh order.
